Privacy policy

Draft — not a finalized policy. Google permissions and data handling are undecided. This page is not ready for an OAuth verification submission. No effective date has been set.

This page is intended to describe the privacy practices of kosmos3-private-apps, private web applications hosted on kosmos3.com.

Google permissions and data access

To be finalized: the exact Google OAuth scopes, the data accessed through each scope, and why each permission is necessary.

How data is used

To be finalized: the application features that use Google user data, including any background processing.

Storage and security

To be finalized: whether data is stored, where it is stored, who can access it, and the safeguards used to protect it.

Sharing and service providers

To be finalized: whether Google user data is shared with any other party, which service providers process it, and for what purposes.

Retention and deletion

To be finalized: how long data and authorization tokens are retained, how users can request deletion, and how disconnecting a Google account affects stored data.

Your choices

You can review and remove third-party access through your Google Account connections. Removing access does not itself guarantee deletion of previously stored data; the app-specific deletion procedure must be finalized.
